The rules are simple:
Each debater is named, with appropriate contact information
One debater presents a point
The other debater presents their view of that point
The first debater is determined by the editor based on burden of proof
Debaters alternate presentation of a new point
A point is determined by the editor (i.e. no using one turn to express many points or using many turns to express one point)
Each point (or turn) can be a maximum of 100 words
Each debater may have two points that are a maximum of 200 words
The editor may interject where needed, but should only do so to assit the reader
There is an unlimited number of points that can be made
Points can be updated at the debator's request
Both readers must concede that scripture (both Old Testament and New Testament) is the divine Word of God
